“Sunset in the Valley” - a moment captured as I strolled the valley trails around Sun Peaks Resort.. The valley is quiet, still, and holding onto the last warm light drifting across the sky. The clouds glow with soft gold and amber, as if the sun is giving one final, unhurried farewell before slipping behind the mountains. The world softens. Thoughts quiet. Even time seems to move at a different pace. It’s peaceful, warm, and deeply grounding—a reminder of why these simple, quiet places mean so much.
